Located on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach in the Lower Grand Lagoon area, this unit has an amazing 12th floor view of the pier at St. Andrew’s State Park and the Gulf. You’ll see dolphin and rays regularly from the balcony, even an occasional manatee or turtle! Renovation on this unit was completed in December ’22, including new kitchen, appliances, flooring, bathrooms and furnishings. 

The Commodore is convenient to restaurants, Pirates Cove Marina, and grocery stores without getting into traffic, even during high season. A quick 10-minute walk  on the beach will take you to either the state park or Schooner’s beach restaurant, a local favorite. 

The toughest part of staying at The Commodore is leaving!
